Are you a woman who is anxious about dating or worried about your present relationship?

Dates and Times:

Group Therapy Dates (Thursday Evenings).

The next group runs in April 2020.

I Co-facilitate a therapy group for women who want to have healthier, more meaningful and conscious relationships in their lives with Jeraline George, Founder of  Talk To Me London Counselling Service.

In group therapy, approximately 6 - 12 women meet face-to-face on a weekly basis with me and Jeraline, one of London’s highly sought after relationship psychotherapists, to discuss all issues related to their worries and frustrations about romantic relationships.

Using an amalgamation of different therapeutic approaches over 12 weeks, we will support women to let go of their fear of abandonment and have them instead stand in their power, communicate authentically and have love for themselves which is reflected on the inside and the outside, so they can have a meaningful relationship with a partner.

How Does Group Therapy work at Talk To Me London Counselling Service Work?

In sessions women will begin to see they are not alone in their anxiety about relationships - this can be very healing and liberating.

Group members communicating with each other is encouraged and provides individual members with a safe and boundaried space to explore and practice new and healthy ways of relating.

We will explore the dynamics taking place within the group at any one time, as our goal is to highlight what may be unspoken, implied, or unconscious with regards to your beliefs and actions in relationships. By gently supporting you to be conscious of your values and behaviours, you will be helped to adopt new and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I am the Founder of Talk To Me London Counselling Service, and I love using my soulful, holistic, integrative counselling approach with couples and individuals.

My speciality is supporting individuals to have healthier, more meaningful and conscious relationships.

Caroline and I previously worked together as Directors for a counselling service we were asked to set up.

Since 2001, I have worked with men and women from all walks of life to find healing in areas such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, family dynamics, relationships, abuse and childhood trauma.

Having trained as a psychotherapist, I have successfully launched and managed various counselling services for charities throughout London, as well as setting up my own multi-award winning private practice.

Through our group work, you will learn to love and accept who you are so you can confidently move forward in your life and embrace your uniqueness.

My clients describe me as often humorous, always down-to-earth and very compassionate.  I am a warm, highly skilled and experienced psychotherapist who connects with individuals of every kind and encourages them to be the best they can be.
